Creative scrappers sketch 238: Souffler des becs

This december sketch #238 from Creative Scrappers had my creative goddess swirling with ideas ! This is my take on the layout sketch: it can be used in so many ways. Go over and see the other variations created by the Design team and other scrappers !

Practical scrapper December Sketch: School pictures

It's December 19th... in exactly 7 days Christmass will be here !!!  Can you believe that?! I did manage to get a layout done with a fun Practical Scrappers sketch

I used the We R Memory Keeper school line "Show & Tell" and Bazill Cardstock, black letters are American Crafts:

Although this sketch called for christmas pictures, my inner rebel creative goddes was misbehaving herself... Yet again ;-)

Thanks for stopping by !

Creative Scrappers sketch #237: Explore

My godaughter's first years - yup...still scrapping photos. How can I resist this cuteness overload !?! I love using these gorgeous Bo Bunny papers and pair them with : anything, they're so versatile !!!

I added a little bit of stenciling to the background, using Chalk Ink, glimmer mists and this look came together by mixing girly embellies which I never have enough of... Did you see the little birdie ?

Inspiration came from this sketch from Creative Scrapper's Kiki Halbert:

Creative Scrappers sketch # 236: Layout UNconditionnal

Life can be tough as a teenager, mine had its ups and downs... and when I was in that dark spot: Misha was there for me.
Misha, a blue merle colley, lived a beautifull 10 years as my companion. I trully believe she had a mission to accomplish because she passed away not even 1 week after I finally made my coming out to my father, one the most if not the most difficult truth I told to someone I was afraid to loose. (He took it very well)
There are no words to describe what she brought me... to this day I still think of her often because she showed how love should be: UNconditionnal.

Authentique November Sketch: Dirty Girl

In March 2012 I chose to adopt an australian sheppard. From the moment I saw pictures of all 9 puppies in the litter, I fell in love with this blue merle female... I was thrilled to learn she was still available and 1 month later this irresistable puppy was finally on my lap. We would go to the dog Park twice a day where she would get so dirty playing with other canine friends !
I used the Authentique Paper November Sketch to design this layout. Here is the sketch:

I had fun using Masks with inks and mists to create the background in order to make it look "dirty". These papers were given to me by my friend Claude (scraps from a page she had made about her child). They are so versatile !

Creative Scrappers sketch 235: mon Rayon de Soleil

This page was made using the sketch # 235 from Creative Scrappers. I often use their sketches to inspire my layouts... this one posted yesterday prompted me to work on these pictures taken in March 2012 when I visited Melba in St-Césaire where I adopted her. The sun was shining so bright on that early spring day !

Here is the sketch:
Here is my layout made with the Lilybee deisgn Buttercup collection :
