I had fun using this April sketch from Creative Scrappers and these days I love working with loads of colours ! Must be Spring season coming which I am so looking forward to.... Radieuse (Radiant) - LCOM06

The first picture (on top) shows my radiant cousin Jessika, when expecting her first born, we threw her a shower in March of 2012. The second picture (bottom) shows Jessika in October of 2012 after giving birth to her adorable daughter Charlie, as radiant as ever !!!  

I used the Let's Capture our Memories to design this layout. Here is the sketch: LCOM06



I had fun using Masks with inks and mists to create this background and used a few butterflies embellies, just seemed perfect here...

Welcome !

This past week has been soooo cold here in Quebec that, aside from work, I just felt like wearing pj's or sweats and crop while drinking warm beverages. Although I'm not a fan of -40•C (including wind factor) it's fun to see more layouts ! This one features American Crafts City Park papers + embellies, Bazzil cardstock, Dylusions inks and some Elsie embellies, and using this Creative Scrappers sketch #243 created by the designer Juliana Michaels:

Creative Scrappers sketch #242: Super Moisi !

Hi everyone!


Today I am featuring a layout which makes me laugh: I went shopping with my goddaughter just before the Holidays, you know how, when kids learn to read, they'll read everything they see... well we were in front of the " Super Moist" cakes but she read (in french "Super Moisi") which means Super MOLDY... we laughed so much she even made a song about it all the time we were shopping !

11 mois déjà : Lucky 7 Factory scraplift

This page was made scraplifting a page from Froggy in the Lucky 7 Factory blog. I often use their challenges to inspire my layouts... when I saw this one posted in December, I knew I wanted to give it a try !  I took this picture on January 5th when my cutie turned 11 months old (already !) She was waiting for me to give her her gift ... she may seem patient but I have other pictures which prove otherwise ;-)

Practical Scrappers January Sketch: on the road COWBOY

Happy Sunday everyone !

My creative diva was on the low gear this week so it took about 10 sessions of 15 minutes cropping to get it together... know the feeling ?

I used this Practical Scrappers sketch + a fun challenge that my scrapbooker friend Claude provided me  (3 pictures, 3 patterned paper, 4 letter title) and cooked up this page.

My first page for 2013 features one of my happiest moments in 2012: adopting my Australian Shepperd Dog, it was mutual love at first sight when this blue merle female and I met.

Every year, since 2008, I have created yearly 8x8 albums, where I capture each month in one layout. This is April 2012 page.... yes I know I'm terribly late as 2012 was crazy busy...

This layout was made months using Creative Scrappers sketch #239
